What is stopping it

Your IFSC belongs to a bank that has since merged

Why it fails
The code was valid when you gave it. Your branch was merged into another bank and the old code no longer routes, so the payment cannot be made.

The rule — Signature or IFSC Changes
If your bank has recently merged (e.g. Allahabad Bank merging into Indian Bank), your old IFSC is invalid.

You asked for more than 75% of your balance

A quarter has to stay in the account. Kosh shows the exact maximum you can take today rather than letting the claim fail on the amount.

What you can do instead

Up to 75% of the balance can be taken now as an advance, without waiting. It is the remaining 25% that becomes available once twelve months of continuous unemployment are complete. Kosh shows the date and the amount for both.

From 2027-02-28 · ₹3,84,000

75% of ₹5,12,000 is ₹3,84,000 — the most available after the 2026 minimum-balance rule. The figure on the day will differ, because the balance keeps growing.

Rule: F02_WAIT_12M_FINAL

Ask for 75% of the balance or less and the amount stops being the problem. Kosh computes the figure for you.
