The form that records who receives your PF, pension and insurance after your death. It is now done on the portal as an e-Nomination.
Who files it: The member, while in service. It is not a claim; it is the thing done in advance.

Changing an old nomination
Worth doing after a marriage, a divorce or a birth. An out-of-date nomination is what causes the family the most trouble.
