The form that pays out the whole provident fund balance once you have left the job for good. The account closes after it.

Retirement at 58
No waiting period. It can be filed from the day you retire.

Resignation, or the job ending
The whole balance only after 12 months. Before that, up to 75%.

The 12-month wait does not apply. The passport and visa are what establish it.

Your employer's approval or signature
With KYC complete you file straight to EPFO. Even the paper composite form needs no employer attestation when it is the Aadhaar version.

A claim complete in all respects must be settled within 20 days. Past 20 days, raising a grievance becomes a right rather than a request.
