Where ten years or more of pensionable service is complete.

If an employee completes 10 years or more of eligible pensionable service without interruption, they cannot withdraw the EPS corpus as a lump sum.

Children's pension
Until 25, for up to two children. Where a minor's share goes to the child's own account, no court guardianship certificate is demanded.

A court guardianship certificate for a minor child
One condition only: the money must go to the child's own bank account. Officers are directed to help open one. This used to mean months in court.

A life certificate is due every year once the pension starts. It can now be given from home, by showing your face to a phone.
