Form 10C — the EPS withdrawal benefit
The form for taking the pension account (EPS) as a single payment, or for taking a Scheme Certificate instead. It is a different account from the PF.
Who files it: The member, where pensionable service is under ten years.
Nothing on this page is a sample. Every line is taken from a real government order, and under each one sits the document, the clause inside it, and the date we read it. Open one and check us.
