The manifest is the sheet that matters
It lists, against every rule relied on, the document that rule came from, the clause inside it, and the date we read it. Kosh holds no authority of its own, and this sheet is what says so.
Printing it
Print on A4, one side. Every sheet carries, at its foot, which rule produced it and where that rule came from — so if anybody at the counter disputes a line, the sheet itself is the answer.
Every sheet is stamped DRY RUN because this is a sample case. On a real case that mark is not there.
