Two different kinds of obstacle
5 of them are things in your record, and those can be fixed. The other 1 are the rule saying no, and no correction clears those. Do the first kind; for the second there is another route below.

What Kosh cannot do
Kosh cannot submit the claim for you and cannot give the Aadhaar OTP. That is deliberate: sending something to a government system on somebody else’s behalf needs authority we do not have. You file it, from your own login, and that is the right way round.
What to do on the portal
- Log in to the member portal with your UAN and password.
- Open “Online Services”, then “Claim (Form-31, 19, 10C & 10D)”.
- Enter the last 4 digits of your bank account to verify it. This is the account the money goes to.
- Press “Proceed for Online Claim”.
- Choose Form 19. That is the form for your case.
- Fill in your address and upload whatever it asks for. The packet already has those ready.
- An OTP comes to your Aadhaar-linked mobile. That OTP is your signature.
- Submit. A tracking number appears on screen. Write it down or screenshot it.
How long it takes
An online claim is usually settled in 7 to 10 working days, provided your KYC is complete. Filed on paper at the office it can take up to 20 days.
